It is time to move the blog again and I do not know how really it have been at this website for ever. But I will still be in SL and Opensim. Take pictures and do stuff. Maybe I move it to a WordPress account.
Anyway today I visited Paris and did some pics. A good day.
Started my flying career again. It is just amazing sitting in the cockpit in VR. It is almost to real. Landing at ENBR I really hard side wind and in VR you can really feel the weather. SOoo Cool.
I have benne battling with myself if we should stay in Second life and Opensim for some time now. Opensim conference did not get any good answers. Is this thing going to be around for many more years or it just slowly dying?
But then you stumble on something so cool as this toilet. Just so creative and fun.
I think I found a way and going to do some checking and calculating. It is not dead yet.
I am in SL everyday now. Exploring and checking out the SL art scene. I enjoy it but really wish for a new VR viewer. I am using a older VorpX and my Oculus. The new updates of VorpX does not work anymore. SL is really great in VR. Some places got terrible framerate but all in all it is good. It is really a big world and many things to see. The other worlds have nothing at all to show. Been there once and it is the same next time.Yes maybe Opensim worlds. But that is the same, really.
The most promising world was High Fidelity but that is not around anymore. If I where a better programmer I would combine Opensim and High Fidelity s software. That would be something. Maybe some of the AI I am working on can do that someday. I cant I am not that good a developer. Bummer.
It is always fun to visit The Galleries, Georgiana (160, 183, 1018) . Many good artist and a walk in several floors.If you can visit.
The big press is up and we have a new place for https://2worlds2go.com. The Magazine have been sleeping a lot but now there is some new people in SL so time to travel the metaverse and take some new pictures.
