Virtual worlds art, design and travel.

On Google

Virtual art finding its own way.

At The University of Western Australia (UWA) you can find some very new art. When i walked around the exhibition i found that art in Second life is finding its own way. Moving away from just copying real life art to get its own expression. Many of the objects have a real virtual world feeling.

Many object should probobly sort under sculpture but by adding animations and lights a new virtual art arise.

I did not scout this out myself i found it on Apmels blog. http://apmel.blogspot.se/2012/07/uwa-3d-centenary-art-challenge-med_08.html

  • Another year. The future.

Thinking about last year in VR at the nice club End of Days. Well for us it is not the end. As High Fidelity Inc did bite the virtual dust. 2worlds2go and I is fine. During 2019 we got a new owner and did almost all the updates in hard and software we could find.

So this year we are looking for new designs and new areas of business. Not abandoning SL and Opensim but believing that VR will have a great future.

Second life is still the biggest adult playground in VR and Opensim is for the enthusiasts.

We will continue to develop software for the flightsim community and try to find some new products.

I am really looking forward to 2020.And you know? I think it is fun to party in SL again. Can´t imagine what will happen next.

    See you in VR.

  • New avatar in Sansar

My new Sansar avatar. I look ok even if i think Sansar is really boring. Nowhere to go and nothing to really see.

    I check in sometimes anyway.

  • Taking a break from figuring out. What to do with SL?

Not much action in Second life today so just hanging out on a nice place I found. It is so hot in Sweden today so just sitting in front of my VR machine is to much.

I do not know if I am going to do much more stuff in SL.Just can´t decide where to go from here.

  • OSGRID revisited

Our internet link is terrible so I try to fix it. Did a test hypergrid jump to OSgrid and found my self in a party. Had to stay and chat. Always nice people on OSgrid and some good music. Stayed a while.
